SCALA AI agency · Workflow discovery
Start with the workflow.
Repeated admin. Information in three places. Another handover to chase.
Work with Steve to find where AI could help your business—and what making it work would involve.
Start with one task. You do not need a technical brief.
One possible handoff.
A prepared example of where AI could help, and where a person needs to decide. Discovery explores whether a workflow like this fits your business.

AI prepares a draft
Your team decides
Check the facts.
Resolve what is missing.
Choose the next step.Your team decides whether anything should be sent.
This is an example, not a live integration. No enquiry, draft or email is sent. Discovery delivers a workflow map, prioritised opportunity and scoped recommendation; implementation is agreed separately.
The first engagement
A clear recommendation.
Something you can act on.
Workflow discovery looks at one process, the people involved and the tools you already use. You leave with three concrete outputs.
A map of the work
The steps, handovers, tools and information involved—so you can see where effort repeats and decisions happen.
A priority opportunity
A useful place to start, weighed against the practical constraints and the decisions your people need to own.
A scoped recommendation
What to explore next, which dependencies to resolve and what a separately agreed implementation would need to cover.

Hands-on AI practice.
Steve is a business owner, AI trainer and keynote speaker. His own work includes daily AI workflows, automation and agents.
Bring a task you know well. Together, look at where the effort goes, what needs to change and whether AI belongs in the solution.
Meet SteveBefore you enquire
A few useful answers.
Do I need to know which AI tool I want?
No. Start with the task and the outcome you want. Your existing tools, information and constraints belong in the discovery conversation.
Does discovery include building an automation or agent?
No. Discovery produces a workflow map, a prioritised opportunity and a scoped recommendation. Implementation, handover and ongoing support need a separate scope and agreement.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Scope, fees, timing and participation are agreed before an engagement proceeds. Describe the workflow first so that conversation can be specific to your business.
What should I share in my first enquiry?
Describe the task, who does it and where it becomes difficult. Keep customer records, staff details, passwords and confidential documents out of the public enquiry.
Your next step
Which task would you like to spend less time on?
Tell us what happens today and where the effort builds up. A plain-language description is enough to begin.
