From understanding AI to trying it on your work.

Choose a focus around your team's experience, approved tools and everyday tasks. These themes give us a starting point.

  1. Understand what you are using

Make sense of chat tools, automation and agents through familiar situations. Discuss what each can help with and where it can go wrong.

  2. Practise asking for useful help

Use the SCALA method to give AI context and direction. Work through a suitable example, such as drafting a brief, exploring an idea or rehearsing a conversation.

  3. Keep your own thinking involved

Decide where AI can support the task and where your judgement matters. Discuss information handling, over-reliance and a useful next experiment.

A mixed-confidence team needs a considered starting point.

Tell us what people already use, which tools are approved, and what gets in their way. Tool access and suitable practice examples should be agreed in advance.

Agree the audience, focus, delivery arrangements, fees and timing before booking. Start with what you want people to understand or do differently.

Before you enquire

A few useful answers.

Does everyone need to be experienced with AI?

No. Explain the range of experience in your team when you enquire so the session can be scoped appropriately.

Can we practise on our own work?

Discuss suitable tasks and approved tools during planning. Use non-sensitive or fictional material unless information handling has been explicitly agreed.

Is this the same as an implementation engagement?

No. A workshop develops understanding and practical skills. Workflow discovery and any system implementation are separate engagements.

Your next step

What would you like your team to try?

Tell us who the workshop is for, what they already know and one task you would like them to approach differently.
