AI Perspective · Illustrative sample
Your team needs an AI conversation.
A new tool brings new questions. Give your team a shared understanding of where AI helps, what they can use it for and when to ask for support.

01 / The useful part
Ask three concrete questions.
When AI use grows one person at a time, people can end up working from different assumptions. A short team conversation makes those assumptions visible.
- Where would help be useful? Invite one example of repetitive work or a task that is hard to start. Let people describe the work before naming a tool.
- What can we use? Check the organisation’s approved tools and information rules. Name what is still unclear and who will find out.
- Which decisions stay with us? Agree where someone needs to think, judge, review or speak to another person. AI support does not transfer that responsibility.
An opening question
“Where could AI help us—and where do we need a better shared understanding?”
Invite uncertainty as well as enthusiasm. Finish by choosing one small experiment and a time to discuss what you learned.
A shared understanding gives people a better starting point than guessing alone.
02 / Your next step
Put the conversation on your next team agenda.
Use the three questions above. You are looking for a useful discussion and one agreed next step.
