A Note to Our Users

If you or your team use Manus, check whether your account has activity generated after 29 December 2025 — those accounts will be temporarily locked and have that data deleted between 23-24 August as Manus separates from Meta, so back up anything important before 23 August. If your Manus usage predates that cut-off, no action is needed.

What changed

Manus is separating from Meta and returning to independent operation. To comply with regulatory requirements in certain jurisdictions, Manus will delete user data generated after 29 December 2025 for affected users, with deletion occurring between 23-24 August 2026 (SGT); affected users will lose access to the platform for those two days. Affected users can back up their data until 22-23 August 2026 and restore it from 25 August 2026 onward; they will not be charged during the outage and will receive a welcome-back bonus upon restoration. Unaffected users do not need to take any action.
